Low Humidity Low Temperature Drying: A Key Factor in Coffee Quality
At the Pa Pan Coffee Estate, we use a low humidity low temperature drying process to carefully dry our coffee beans after they have been harvested. This process involves spreading the beans out in a thin layer and exposing them to warm air or sunlight in order to remove the moisture from the beans. However, unlike traditional drying methods, we do this at a lower temperature and in a lower humidity environment in order to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas of the beans.
By drying our coffee beans at low temperatures and in low humidity conditions, we are able to ensure that the beans dry evenly and consistently. This helps to prevent the beans from becoming too moist, which can lead to uneven roasting and a less consistent final product. Instead, the beans are able to dry slowly and evenly, retaining their natural flavors and aromas and resulting in a coffee that is more delicate and nuanced in taste.
At the Pa Pan Coffee Estate, we are committed to producing high-quality coffee that is rich in flavor and aroma. By using a low humidity low temperature drying process, we are able to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas of our coffee beans, resulting in a final product that is truly exceptional.
